(More customer reviews)At $139, this beautiful wedding dress is a spectacular bargain! It has one thing that many, far more expensive wedding gowns do not have -- SLEEVES! (Yaaay!!!! : ) A bride -- or any woman -- should NOT like the top of her gown might just fall down at any moment! This sadly is the impression I get from the many sleevless, (and neckline-less!) evening -- and even bridal(!) gowns that are around today. Thankfully -- very, very thankfully, THIS lovely, and inexpensive bridal gown HAS both sleeves AND a neckline! (If longer sleeves are wished for, long gloves are a nice substitute.)
The bow in the back, and the slight train, are additional delights! Altogether a truly spectacular gown for a bride on a budget -- and/or a bride who is thrifty, and does not like to throw any money she may have around!
There is only one caveat I can give about this gown -- and that is this: The slight trimming below the waist-line emphasises that waist-line. Although the size here is 8/10, many larger-size brides, liking this dress, and perhaps deciding to look for it elsewhere, in theirown sizes, need to be warned: this dress will, because of below-the-waist trimming, will EMPHASIZE the waistline of the wearer. So, my advice is, if you are of a larger size -- lose weight, or look for another dress!
Still, for it's beauty, extras, and inexpensiveness, I have to glady give this dress five stars. But, sadly, subtract a star or two if you are above a size 12. (And remember it is available -- as of this writing, anyway -- only in size 8/10 on Amazon, right now.)
